Secretary Stephen Webb

Stephen is a Fellow of the Institute and has over 30 years experience in the industry as Quarry Manager in asphalt and hard rock, and, latterly, as a Safety Health and Environmental Adviser.  He is currently working with Tarmac Quarry Materials and based near Kington in Herefordshire.
